Consultation before order

Submitting a consultation or configuration request does not place an order and does not require immediate payment. Before an order is accepted, Aquemoto reviews the selected watercraft, configuration, destination and available battery transport route, then issues a written destination quotation.

Do not send payment until you receive and accept the written quotation and payment instructions.

What the written quotation covers

The quotation will identify the selected product and configuration, the items expected to be supplied, the proposed delivery route, the battery and transport documents reviewed for that route, the estimated dispatch or delivery window, and the charges that are included or excluded. Freight, battery handling, insurance, duties, taxes, customs clearance, last-mile delivery and installation are stated separately when applicable.

Battery transport

Electric watercraft batteries can be regulated as dangerous goods. A battery may need to travel separately from the board, may be limited to particular carriers or ports, or may be unavailable for a destination. Aquemoto reviews route availability and available manufacturer or supplier documentation before accepting an order. This review is not presented as an independent certification of the battery or carrier.

Never ship, return, open or dispose of a battery without written instructions. A damaged, swollen, leaking, unusually hot or submerged battery must not be used or transported; isolate it from combustible materials when safe to do so and contact Aquemoto for the next step.

Timing and changes

Any date shown before the written quotation is an estimate only. The accepted quotation or order confirmation controls the shipment commitment. If the confirmed route or timing changes, Aquemoto will notify the customer and provide the options required by the accepted order terms and applicable law, which may include consent to a revised date or cancellation and refund.

Delivery inspection

Inspect the shipment promptly on arrival. Photograph visible damage, serial labels and packaging, retain all packaging and transport documents, and contact Aquemoto before assembly or use. Carrier reporting windows can be short and will be stated in the order or delivery documents when known. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Service area

Requests are currently reviewed for Mainland China, North America, Peru and other South American destinations. Acceptance remains route-specific.
