Brand and contracting seller

Aquemoto is the customer-facing brand used on this storefront. The legal seller or contracting entity for a proposed order will be identified in the written destination quotation before payment is requested. The quotation also identifies the governing order terms, payment recipient and contact details for that transaction.

Consultation-led storefront

The storefront is designed for product research, configuration and consultation. Submitting a form, selecting a finish or viewing a reference price does not create an order, reserve inventory or require payment. An order is formed only through the acceptance process stated in the written quotation or order confirmation.

Product information and visuals

Product specifications and availability are limited to the manufacturer or supplier material identified by Aquemoto and to details confirmed for the destination. Reference-derived or generated visuals are presentation aids and are not proof of an unseen feature. The written order documents control the final configuration, included equipment, finish, documentation and price.

Prices and payment

Reference prices are not universal delivered prices. The written destination quotation states the currency, product price, included and excluded charges, taxes or duties where known, payment schedule, recipient and expiry. Do not send funds to an account or person not identified in the accepted documents or verified through the published Aquemoto contact channel.

Destination and use

The customer is responsible for disclosing the actual destination and intended use. Local registration, operating-area, age, safety-equipment, import or commercial-use rules may apply. Aquemoto reviews available order and transport information but does not replace advice from the relevant authority or a qualified local professional.

Shipping, cancellation and service

The Shipping & Battery Handling, Refund & Cancellation, Warranty & Service and Privacy policies form part of these terms where applicable. The accepted quotation or order confirmation controls if it provides more specific transaction terms, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

The Aquemoto name, site design, copy and original creative assets may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party product names, photographs and manufacturer materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability and mandatory law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Aquemoto is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized modification, unsafe operation, use contrary to supplied instructions, or transport arranged outside the confirmed route.

Changes and contact

Site content and these terms may be updated prospectively. The version supplied with or linked from an accepted order governs that order unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise. Questions can be submitted through the Aquemoto Contact page or the published WhatsApp channel.
