Refund & Cancellation

Before an order

Consultation and configuration requests are not orders and do not require immediate payment. A request can be withdrawn at any time before a written quotation is accepted.

After accepting a quotation

Once a quotation or order confirmation is accepted, cancellation and refund terms are those stated in that document together with this policy and applicable law. High-value watercraft can involve reserved production, destination-specific configuration, dangerous-goods handling, documentation and committed freight. Any deposit, committed cost or cancellation amount that may be non-refundable will be identified before payment is requested.

Aquemoto cancellation or delay

If Aquemoto cannot confirm the agreed product or delivery route, Aquemoto may propose a revised configuration or route. The customer may accept the revision or use the cancellation rights stated in the accepted order and required by applicable law. Amounts due for refund will be returned to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed.

Damage, defect or incorrect supply

Report visible damage, an incorrect item or a suspected defect promptly through the Contact page or WhatsApp. Include the quotation or order reference, serial number, photographs or video, and a description of the issue. Aquemoto will review the report and provide the applicable inspection, repair, replacement, return or refund route under the written warranty, accepted order and applicable law.

Do not ship a board or battery back without written return authorization and battery transport instructions. Unauthorized dangerous-goods transport can be unsafe and may be refused by carriers.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to the order.
